This NICHES preserve is part of their impressive complex of properties along the Wabash River. A series of acquisitions has brought the total acreage of this preserve to well over 400. It offers an elongated figure eight trail of more than three miles, part of which traverses the remains of the former Wabash and Erie Canal towpath. Upland portions add to the habitat variety; plentiful spring wildflowers and birds.
