Brock-Sampson Nature Preserve is unmarked with no trails. Steep terrain, loose rock, copperheads, oak in savanna-like conditions, and wild turkey all await. In leafless seasons you may be treated to nice views of the Ohio River Valley.


Directions


Floyd County. South about 7 miles from New Albany on IN 111, then right on Sevenmile Lane. There’s an obscure, unmarked pulloff about one mile from IN 111, just as Sevenmile Lane makes a sharp left.
